This portal uses Supabase Auth. Passwords are handled by Supabase and are not stored by this app. Role-based access is prepared for future ACM staff/admin management.

Can I pay rent in this app?

No. Use TenantCloud to access your tenant portal, pay rent, view your lease information, and submit non-emergency maintenance requests.

Where do owners upload documents?

Use the secure ACM portal at portal.theacmanagement.com only for document uploads, owner onboarding documents, tenant onboarding documents if needed, required forms, or onboarding files. For normal owner portal access, use TenantCloud.

Who do I contact for maintenance?

Does this app replace TenantCloud, GHL, or QuickBooks?

No. TenantCloud is the true tenant/owner portal and maintenance tracking system. The AC Management portal is only for secure document uploads and onboarding. Accounting, ledgers, payments, and trust-account features remain outside this app.
